The yogic practice is so much more than just a pose. True yoga is transformative at all levels of life. My yoga programs are based on a holistic and functional approach. Regardless of your specific objectives with yoga, my programs are based on the following core elements.

Each person has a different physical condition and we will honor that. We will work the physical body mindfully and safely to increase the student's physical wellbeing. We  use monthly goals and progress indicators to measure progress.


In addition to the core program elements above, some students also wish to work on their spiritual wellbeing. If this is you, we can also include deep meditation, visualization and subtle (pranic) body exercises.
