Improving people's health has always been a passion of mine. Before becoming a health and longevity coach for men, I worked as a frontline humanitarian worker leading health and nutrition rehabilitation projects across the world — from sub-Saharan Africa to Southeast Asia. That work gave me a deep respect for how much the body can endure, and how much it can recover with the right support.
I've also worked as a yoga and mobility trainer, as a gymnastics coach, and as a mentor. Along the way, I completed an MSc in Public Health Nutrition, which sharpened my understanding of the science behind how men age — and what actually moves the needle. I have over 10 years of experience helping men move better, feel stronger, and stay functional and independent well into their later decades.
