Q: How is this different from a personal trainer?
A trainer just focuses on exercise. We address your entire health : sleep, nutrition, stress, mindset, and movement in a strategic sequence for sustained vitality.
Q: How long is the program?
A: The program is built around your progress, not a fixed template. Phase One (Foundations) usually runs 1–2 months, Phase Two (Sustain) another 1–2 months, and Phase Three (Optimize) 1–2 months more, so most men work with me for about 3–6 months total.
Most clients start noticing meaningful changes in energy, sleep, and day-to-day performance within the first 4 weeks.
Q: Do you work with medical conditions?
A: Yes, as long as they are not acute and don't require primary medical care. I am part of your healthcare team. Health coaches and medical teams complement each other's work.
Q: How much time commitment is this?
A: Plan for 3-5 hours per week. This includes 1 hour 1-on-1 online coaching + 2-5 hours self-guided work).
