  • Air Fresheners & Scented Candles: While they promise a pleasant ambiance, these products often release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and synthetic fragrances that irritate the respiratory system and contribute to inflammation.

  • Reduce Plastic Use: Store food in glass containers and avoid plastic water bottles (especially thin plastic).


  • Prioritize Whole Foods: Minimize processed foods, artificial flavors, and choose fresh, unpackaged organic options when possible.
